Tenant Eviction Services

 

All Season Eviction and Property Management Services will aggressively evict non-paying tenants from our client's investment properties immediately. We are experience with the Texas eviction process and procedures. Our Company will represent the landlord throughout the tenant eviction from start to finish.  Starting with the Texas 3 day eviction notice to the execution the writ of possession. There is no need to learn how to eviction a tenant in Texas or search for eviction sample forms or eviction template on the internet that is incorrect or outdated information as we provide out eviction services at an affordable cost.

 

Eviction Process (Part 1)

Collect lease agreement or statement from landlord and review the case to determine tenant rights and landlord rights under the Texas Property Code.  (Court Filling & Court Appearance)

Step 1: $45.00 
Serve 3 notice to vacate and gather document for eviction case.
(This usually takes 5 business days).

Step 2: $285.00
Go to the courthouse and file the eviction paperwork with Justice of the Peace

 (This will be done on that fourth day or fifth day) At that time, a court
date will be issued, and you would be notified. We will appear in court on your
behalf to state your tenant eviction case. As soon as we have a verdict, we will notify you of the date and time that the tenant needs to vacate the property.

*All Pricing is Based on 1 tenant being evicted and additional tenant will cost  between $60.00-$120.00 (Based on jursidiction) to be named in the eviction suit.

 

*Everyone on lease agreement must be placed on eviction paperwork

 

Writ of Possession (Part 2)
(In the event the tenants do not vacate the property on the specified date, a Writ Of Possession will need to be filed). 
   
Step 3:$350.00
File the writ of possession with the Justice of the Peace; 

 

Step 4: (Call for Qoute)
Supervise eviction sit-out with constable and direct eviction moving crew of 4 men to physically remove the tenant(s) and their belongings from the property onto the curve and change backed and front door locks.

 

* Addition movers might be needed based and on size of the house and items tenant has in the property. Constable will dictate manpower.



Step 5: Return possession of property to Owner.
